Property Influence is published by Property Influence Limited. We produce free community magazines on behalf of estate and letting agents across the United Kingdom. Property Influence Limited is the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, agency name and catchment area, together with any message you write. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and, if given, your name.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details solely to respond to you about a community magazine, an advertising booking or a franchise conversation. Newsletter details are used only to send the updates you asked for. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Email hello@propertyinfluence.com and we will action the request.
